for those that are caring for so many, when and how do we create intentional time to receive?

the inside space strives to operate as a community hub for all things birth and perinatal — and that is absolutely inclusive of the birth workers in this community.

to all the doulas, midwives, craniosacral therapists, lactation consultants, birth photographers, pelvic floor pts/ots, talk therapists, massage therapists, yoga teachers, and chiropractors who are walking with the newborn mother, know that you are the very foundation for how we navigate our community into a more whole, embodied, and empowered life.

and that work simply is not for the faint of heart, nor is it meant to be done alone.

we see you for all of the holding, the care, and the love that you pour in to each and every client with whom you work and for whom you offer your tender care and expertise.

we see you for the life of holding yourself and your family “on call”, ready at the drop of a hat to leave your moment and step into the role of carer, birth supporter, life changer, and beyond.

the care that you offer is literally changing the trajectory of not only our community, but of our world (can you tell that we are dreamers over here at the inside space 🙃), as we nurture the transition and evolution of new mothers and babies into this world with just a little more care, intention, support, and love.

birth workers, we are here to hold you, too.
