how to apply
due to the high volume of families reaching out, we have shifted to an application-style format.
we want to ensure that families who most need this care (with the gravity of what the family may be experiencing and financially) will have access.
because we have limited spaces, please know that if you are not selected for the community clinic, we are happy to welcome you on any of our schedules during our normal working hours.
about the providers
we, as a group of providers, come together to support new families, to learn from one another, and, most importantly, to honor your baby as a whole human being.
the changes that we have seen through the care offered, both in our practices and through these community clinics, are nothing short of jaw-dropping.
we invite you to apply for a space.
we would love to support you through this season.
