our “why” behind the work

we recently had a someone ask if i was a mom and had any kids of my own, regarding where this passion for walking with women into a strong and sovereign, yet soft motherhood.

i joke that this is the “elephant in the room”.

while i don’t have kids yet, they are most definitely in my future in the next couple of years 💞

i am so dang passionate about seeing people express themselves in the purest form of their authenticity and bigness.

we especially need this as we transition into a season of greater sovereignty and ownership, during which brand new humans are looking to us to show them what this whole thing is truly about.

is it about listening to everyone around us or listening to the deep call from within ourselves?

call me a dreamer, but i truly believe that this is how we can create a lasting shift in our communities, as we bring children into the world with more ownership, empowerment, and consciousness.

perhaps it is a way to reclaim what so many in our generation didn’t have in its entirety as kids.

i believe there is no force more potent than that of the maternal instinct.

yet how many women feel deeply connected to this even before bringing life into this world?

how many of our mothers allowed themselves to be fully led by that same internal nudge?

what shifts within our societies, our communities, our households, and ourselves if we commit to fully listening to our gut instincts, or our innate intelligence?

what happens when we shift away from all external sources knowing more or better than we do?

in our eyes? everything.
