three ways to regulate your nervous system RIGHT NOW:

this will up-regulate the ventral vagal system, aka the vagal brake, cuing our nervous system that we are experiencing safety, while simultaneously down-regulating programs that cue fight or flight.
3. think about a moment that bursts your heart wide open with love
we love to cue embodiment practices that amplify the coherence that exists between the brain and the heart (think joe dispenza and the heart math institute). let’s get that heart and brain coherence firing properly so we can gently land back in our bodies with higher vibrational feelings as opposed to those that keep us stagnant
